I was born in Hamburg, Germany, and lived in Latin America for most of my life, including Perú and Ecuador before settling down in Panama in 1985. I am fluent in English, Spanish, German and am learning Portuguese. I have been deeply involved in the preservation of Panama’s Pacific coast and in reforestation projects in cooperation with the locals. I am passionate about this little emerald jewel of a country.
